We team up with organizations to generate processes of reflection, innovation, and actions that make them more resilient in the face of current challenges in the region—challenges for which they were often not initially created.
We are committed to building capacities with organizations and leadership, enabling them to enhance their strategies and coordination with others in the ecosystem, as the only way to bring about long-term changes in our democracies. Democratic change is not achieved with isolated organizations.

We create the conditions for civil society organizations and leaders to act promptly, along with other emerging organizations and processes, responding in a non-traditional way to windows of opportunity.
